For the first time in the last 60 years, Italy failed to qualify for World Cup. So, the fans of di squadra azzurra were heartbroken, while the Romanians fans were used to this feeling. The Romanian National Football team failed to qualify for World Cup for the past 20 years. So Samsung Romania saw the opportunity to bring Italians and Romanians for the first time together through technology. Pass the Heartbreak was an online show posted on Samsung’s Facebook page in which an experienced Romanian football fan helps Italians to cope with the World Cup absence, by offering them some heart to heart advice. Samsung products were part of his solution. And, to make the show more interactive, the host of the show asked people to give their own advice to the Italians.
